Naperville, Illinois is one of the best cities for growing a kitchen garden. I agree, it definitely is unique and can be bountiful with the proper setup and coaching!
Because of our long warm climate, our unreliable rainfall and our warm and sometimes humid weather, the Naperville kitchen gardens can really grow and grow.
We have been helping families setup raised bed kitchen gardens and are on a mission to help everyone have a little or big spot in their yard to grow some of their own food.
We are here to help you every step of the way and remove the overwhelm and confusion so you can be enjoying and harvesting in short order.
The first step to work together is to schedule a Garden Consult. During this one hour long visit, we’ll do some on site teaching as to what is possible, help you determine your own goals for your unique kitchen garden and then work alongside you to design a beautiful kitchen garden that fits your preferences, needs and hopes.
After your consult, we’ll work with our team to prepare a planting plan and estimate for your new kitchen garden. We will also include a written analysis summarizing the various aspects of your property. We will offer suggestions for 1 to 2 ideal locations for setups and ideas for what you can grow and where.
Once you approve the design we will begin the custom design and building of your raised beds, ordering your trellises and custom soil mix. Our custom beds are made of untreated cedar. We will have these gorgeous beds custom made for you and they will be installed in the agreed upon location and we will be filled with an amazing soil mix that is perfectly made for us and we will install high quality plants and seeds. The trellises will be there for support and vining plants to climb. We also incorporate flowers to encourage pollinators and bees and butterflies to help your plants along.
Helping you every step of the way!

I have been gardening since I was a teenager, planting cilantro, tomatoes and fenugreek from seed for my family. My parents always had a garden when I was growing up and they would plant cauliflower, tomatoes, chili peppers, habanero peppers, bell peppers and eggplant.
I enjoy growing food and loves experimenting with new types of seeds and plants.
