The Commercial Section of our gourmet produce market is focused on Gourmet Chefs who cook with large quantities of gourmet produce; hotels, restaurants, convention centers, resorts, and caterer's.  It incorporates a huge selection of ultra-fresh gourmet produce in commercial quantities, commercial packaging and wholesale pricing.

Since we work directly with farms that grow for us, (cutting out the middle man) your produce is typically delivered to you via FEDEX within days of picking; you cannot get any fresher than that!  Because we are able to get the produce to you so quickly, it has more intense flavor, has more vibrant color, and has better texture.  This is also why your Culinary Gardens gourmet produce will typically stay fresher for a longer period of time after delivery.
